What exactly is an "Evangelical Atheist"?

I haven't heard the term, but I suppose it would mean an atheist who actively tries to persuade as many people as possible ot the truth of her logic (er, belief). Atheism is somewhat like a religion in that atheists tend to be much more fervent than agnostics are.
