My eyes..! my eyes,,!?

im a graduate from architecture course and lately been working as a cad istant, which means my job involves siting in front of the computer all day,and currently, i cant see numbers, words from far, means, i can sorted out car numbers, bus, signboards..is this means i have to wear gles?
