Is FremantleMedia still partnered with GMA Network or has it transferred to ABS-CBN or is it allied with both?

I'm quite confused because the Got Talent franchise in the Philippines was granted to ABS-CBN but Celebrity Duets still air in GMA, both shows owned by FremantleMedia...
