Are Washburn Vinci amps any good?

I just bought my son a b guitar and am looking for a practice amp. I found a Washburn Vinci on ebay that was cheap, but I don't want to buy if it is a piece of junk. Anyone know anything about these amps? What kind of practice amp would you recommend? thanks for answering
