I've been offered a trade...help?

If it's a keeper or dynasty league, I think you decline it. Your team seems to have more upside. Plus I'm always suspect of trading defenses, kickers, and TE's. In immediate standpoint otherwise, I think Wayne is the only gem in that trade. To give up Brady alone, I think that you should be getting one to two bona-fide studs in return... Brady WILL produce every week.
