What do I have sickness wise?

I have had a fever of 102 plus for the past day and all I have been doing is sleeping evertime I wake up I am in a pool of sweat. YUK. I have been taking hot baths cause my body is killing me it hurts so bad. But the worst thing is my cough and throat. My cough is so bad that when I cough I can't breat. When I swollow oh my god it hurts so bad, I have been taking meds and sucking on halls but nothing will make this painfull sore throat go away. I can deal with just laying in bed like a dizzy freak but I want my sore throat to go away. HELP Please!!!
