LLC for an online business?

I live in Texas and am starting an online home based business that caters to customers all through the world. The website is actually being hosted in Arizona, but the inventory will be located from my home in Texas The business structure that I want to use is an LLC. Should I form the LLC in Texas or Nevada? And why?
