Where can I get an "All Video to 3gp Coverter" Freeware program? ?

i am desperately looking for an "All Video to 3gp Coverter" Freeware program but couldn't find it. Those I found were Trial versions and were offering 50% conversion like "Plato Video to 3gp Converter", some of those were showing converted but the output file wasn't there in the Output Folder like "Agree free converter". Kindly suggest a way out.
