South Africans' opinions?

Well a black lady got chosen over my mother for a job and my mother had to train the lady. . . Thats pathetic!! So i think AA should not be around. Clearly my mom was the more skilled one cause she had to train the other lady but because my mom is white she couldnt get the job. Now what if they were surgeons? Risky, huh? I dont care what anybody says AA is unfair.
