Is this enough to keep my bike from being stolen?

Well mostly but you might want to have some bolts with you and the tool that puts them in (forgot the name of the tool sorry) because sometimes people would steal a bolt from the wheel or somewhere else so it would be kind of weird to have those 2 with you but at least if a bolt is stolen u don't have to drag your bike back to your house.
