It takes six months to fully heal and about 1 month to stop hurting when you lean up against things or get hit in the stomach. I'm sure you'll be fine and it shouldnt get ripped out with the sports you listed as long as you can deal with some minor pain when it does get hit. Also please make sure you clean it and do your salt water soaks at least once if not twice a day, if you dont it'll get infected and then it'll hurt even worse if it gets hit.
